hey guys
i hadnt heard of tmj before this week. i have had problems with headahces, well temple and eye ache, for the past 4 yrs. the only other problem i have is tiredness and spaceyness which has been put down to depression/anxiety.
i have noticed that i clench my jaw a LOT. anyway, for the past few weeks i have found it really hard when singing along to music, becusase it really hurt my nose. this has gone on and now for the past week or 2, i have has such an intense pain across the bridge of my nose. like a pressure. does this sound like tmj??

thanks

well im not seeing a lot of the symptoms other than the headaches. have you tried going to a chiropractor? Id go see a ent about your nose. I get pressure in my nose from the surgery. Have you noticed anything else that effects your jaw? pain clicking poping etc? From what i can see(and im no doctor) you may just need a chiropractic adjustment--and to releive your stress. you may want to see if you cant limit your stress and see if your symptoms are releived at all. let me know if you need any thing

I have had tmj for 18 years, and although it could be related, doesn't sound like that is all that it is, to me. definitely get a ENG test and have an ENT doctor look at you.
