I have a 4 year old son and since giving birth I have had leekage from both breasts! It only happens at night, and its red brown in colour? It dosnt happen every night but at least three times a week... Id say its an egg cup full of fluid between both...I had a lump in my breast before and I was tested but it thankfully turned out to be nothing. Any ideas why?

You need to see a doctor to get a diagnosis. I do know a woman that had a similar discharge (she has no children). It turned out she has fibrous cysts in her breasts. They are benign so there was no treatment for them. Perhaps that is all this is but you need to see your doctor to find out what it is.
