did anyone do anything differently here when they got pregnant their first time vs their second or third time, in terms of nutrition and diet?

second time moms have more insight and experience, and it's often planned vs not planned, but other than that, anyone have ideas?

My first baby I ate whatever I wanted, but did limit myself a bit (like no lunchmeat or fish). I have since done plenty of research and plan to follow the Brewer's diet when I become pregnant again. Also, I know I didn't drink as much water as I was supposed to, so I will be sure to drink plenty next time. I also plan on not taking a vitamin, as I can get all my nutrients from food that can actually be digested easily.
