Sorry, but what does PE stand for and are
you male or female? That will give me a
start...

Help Your PE (premature ejaculation) Posted: 06-04-08 17:26pm
There are a couple of methods that can
help:
1. Think about something else while being
stimulated. Remember the Warrant song
"Cherry Pie"? Think about baseball swing
it all night yeah!
2. Stop/Start - When you think you about
to ejaculate, stop & relax until the
feeling stops & then slowly resume.
3. Strengthen the PC muscle. How to find
it is stop the flow of urine while going.
That's the muscle. Contract it as often as
you can to make it stronger.
There are exercises & devices which
can also help strengthen this muscle
group. I use an extender which gives me a
stronger, longer-lasting erection. Hope
that helps you out.
