Pain during ejaculation Posted: 03-25-08 05:37am


I am 26 years old and sometimes have pain while ejaculating. It usually happens the first time I ejaculate. If I ejaculate again later in the same day their is no pain that time. Sometimes the seamen also comes out lumpy-ish. Is this a prostate issue, or a STI? I am currently living outside of the states, so not sure what to do.
