Pain on left side every morning Posted: 03-03-08 00:36am


I am trying to figure out why I am in so much pain when I wake each morning. The pain is always on the left side more in my back. Could it be kidney's or colon or what else is on that side? After heating pads and finally moving around and food it is much better. This has been going on for months. Help

I think your muscles are just stiff. Try sleeping in different positions and drinking more water. You might want to consider a new mattress.

do you have some kind of medical opinion or test results do you have a history of illness or have you suffered some kind of injury
