All in the back!
im hardly sleeping at night. i wake up
with the worst pain ever in my back and it
keeps going until lunchtime. like just
now!
im in soo much pain i cant chase scott
about or look after him proparly. ive
taken pain killers but the strong ones i
wish i could take arnt suitable for preg
folk
it feels like someone stabbing me.
arrrrhhh
sooooooooooooo sore.
anyone got any ideas on how to stop/help
it.
(been for a bath and put a heat pad on it)

im sorry you're in so much pain.
unfortunately you're doing everything you
can do
hmm other then what you did i really dont
know what u can do, its not like u can sit
and relax and prop your feet up with the
lil one running all over.maybe get some
cream that is supposed to help with pain
to put on it, its an external cream like
icy hot i beleive they are ok when you are
pregnant since you dont ingest it.

ill need to take a look at my deep heat
but i have a feeling that and iboprophen
gel is unsuitable.
its a little less sore. i can actually
speak now.
my mum thinks i might need to get a brace
with this kid.

with pregnancy?
they have like belts or something ive
heard of that kind of support your belly ,
i dont know what they are called or where
to get them though.

yea there called braces up ere. my bellys
too big my boobs are far too big. my back
cant handle it no more

lol im just moaning its not actually big!
but im rather big bonned anyway thats why
no-one prob notices that am preg.
i was more shocked about the fact she came
