Castles,
I have had both symptoms. At first my
periods were very close together,
sometimes twice in a month, then they were
heavier and finally before they stopped,
they became less frequent and lighter.
Everyone is different and it takes time.
The dizziness would come and go. I
finally figured out it had something to do
with low blood sugar and I started making
sure I ate every few hours and ate protein
at every meal and snack.
Iam 36 years old and hve been told im
going through pre menapause my periods
were irragular and then they stopped for
two months and hve just had one. I suffer
mood swings being very emotional and body
aches and tiredness but hve not had any
dizziness yet
