Phimosis and balano-postitis

my husbands foreskin does not putt back at all it just has a small hole (just big enough for seaman to come out of) - will this cause him heath problems?
also he often gets a dry and itichy foreskin - why and can anything be done to stop this happening

According to your description (penis foreskin can’t put back above the penis’s head) your husband is probably experiencing phimosis. That frequent itching of the foreskin is probably due to an infection of the penis head and foreskin (balano-postitis). Phimosis also contributes to balano-postitis.


Your husband may want to consult a urologist about this problem.
