Birth control is only effective if taken
as perscribed.
And only to 99%
So If I took it today at 6:00
And tomorrow at 11:00
How effective is that and what will
happen.
Or if I too it at 6 am
and then tomorrow at 2pm
and the next day at 7 am
and the next day at 10 am
and the next day at 1 pm
how effective is that?
and what will happen?

you should take your pill at the same time
everyday for it to be MOST
effective...otherwise the likelyhood of
pregnancy is increased...personally, its
easier to remember if you take it at the
exact same time anyway

IF you do that then you are NOT PERFECT
USE 99% protected.
You are in the category of TYPICAL use,
whcih is 94-97 % protected.

94 to 97
that seems like you would hardly get
pregnant.
how do people end up pregnant on the pill
by accident.
it makes no sence to me...
you would have to really really not take
it at the right time or forget to take it
all together in order to have a higher
pregnacy rate.
if someone forget there first pill.
and then took her second of the pack at 10
am
and then 1 pm the next day
and then 7am the next day
and then 11am the next day...
ect.
would there percentage still be in the
nintys...
because it seems very unlikely to me for
anyone to actually get pregnant on the
pill unless the have a super high or what
am i trying to say???
um you know like strong egg or higher then
usually pregnancy chance...
not really sure where im going with
this... but do i make sence?

Did this happen to you or are you just
asking hypothetically?
if someone missed the first pill in their
pack, they should hav e taken it as soon
as they rememebered it and not just
skipped it and started in the second day.
The times are not even close to each other
for the tome each day they took it, that
will lower the effectiveness

I am a womans health professional...
94% IS very good..BUT... Think about
it...
That means that 6 out of 100 women WILL
DEFINITELY GET PREGNANT PREGNANT.
That is what 94% MEANS...
THIS IS HOW PEOPLE GET PREGNANT..... IF
you miss a pill, the hormonal drop can
allow an egg to be ovulated.
When the egg meets the sperm you can get
pregnant!!
This is NOT rocket science...

NO! When you miss your pill you CAN BLEED!
THIS BLEEDING IS NOT A PERIOD.
NOT ALL bleeding is called a "PERIOD".
When you are on the pill, you ONLY HAVE
YOUR PERIOD ON THE PERIOD WEEK!!!!
ANY OTHER BLEEDING IS CALLED "Breakthrough
bleeding".
That bleeding is simply bleeding from
missing a pill!!
A WOMAN CAN GET PREGNANT FROM SEX ON HER
PERIOD. Some women have different cycles
than others, and they ovulate very soon.

IT is great that you are trying to educate
yourself about birth control!!
You obviously do not know much, so you
need to learn.
The reason why you bleed when you miss a
pill is because the hormones are
disrupted. EVEN if you are bleeding you
could get pregnant from a missed pill.
Bleeding in NO WAY means that you cannot
get pregnant!
DID YOU KNOW That women get pregnant even
if they have a Tubal Ligation?!
NOTHING is 100%

How old are you?
Tubal Ligation is SURGICAL BIRTH CONTROL,
permanent.
Some women cannot use hormones.
Birth control pills are NOT SAFE for all
women, and some women cannot use them.
Do you understand?

Tubal Ligation = Tubes Tied. Basically it
keeps the egg from reaching the uterus and
the sperm from reaching the egg.
The only thing that is 100% is abstinence
(no sex).
Even if a type of BC is 99.9% effective,
that means 1out of 1000 woman WILL get
pregnant.

No it does not SOUND like many people
BUT THINK ABOUT THIS... HOW many thousand
are in A MILLION??
IF 4 million women have their tubes tied,
then THOUSANDS of those women will still
become pregnant...
