you had your whole womb removed?? or just some of it? i realise you still have your ovarys and tubes also how old are you?? are you old enough to have the menopause as this can cause false positive on pregnancy test ive done some reasearch that says it is possible but extremelly rare for you to get pregnant and for the fertilised egg to attach itself to other organs in your body i would really see a doctor as soon as possible as the baby maybe attached to your tube or other vital organs that can endanger your life,im sorry to say that it does say that allthough there have been rare cases of babys surviving it is unlikely,i wish you the best of luck and i hope you'll be ok
