I have had a mild dull pain about 2 inches
to the right an 2 inches down from my
belly button in my abdomen. It used to
just come and go and only bother me for
about 2-3 days of each month. It's been
persistent over the last week. It hurts
when I do a situp and when I am either in
the act of sitting down or standing up. I
can't feel any bulge or tear really and
the pain is very localized. i don't
notice pain when I cough or sneeze
really.
It seems pretty high for a hernia since it
is right in the middle of my abdomen.
Does this sound like a hernia, or could it
be a abdominal strain or something else?
