Possible Leg Hematoma?

I wasn't sure where to post this so I put it here. Hope someone can shed some light on my issue.

I ride mountain bikes and last weekend I was on a muddy downhill and slid left down the hill and ended up falling. I was going about 15miles per hour and as I fell left I grabbed hold of a tree to support me, however upon landing finally I landed on my upright handlebar end. It jammed right into my left interior hip flexor area (upper thigh area that connects almost to your trunk). We'll it immedately bruised and now a week later the bruise has become bigger than my entire anterior thigh area. The bruise is traveling down the back of my leg and now the back of my knee is pulsing and painful to move. The bruise is getting better, believe it or not but the area of where the bar hit me is still very swollen, puffy, large and sore to move and it's been a week out. Doesn't look like it's getting any better.

Is there anything that can be done? It's getting really hard for me to just move around and even getting into the car is painful.
