Is my son's girlfriend telling the truth?
She has been getting the depo shot She
said that when she went back to get her
next shot, the doctor told her she was 5
weeks preg. Of course, this was right
after my son broke up with her. What do
you think?

Are you saying that's impossible?
No birth control is 100%. My mom was on
depo and she got pregnant with my little
sister. If the doctor said she's pregnant
then she probably is.

I know 2 kids in my family were concived
on depo and all of my moms 5 kids were
concived while on depo. So its VERY
possible.
No then I you think she is liying because
he broke up with her...well we cant tell
you if she is, but I guess you'll find out
huh...

Thank you guys for answering! I had no
idea it was not uncommon to become
pregnant while taking this shot. I guess
since it stops your period I just assumed
it was more effective that say Birth
Control pills. I guess we'll just have to
wait and see. I really hope it's not true
for my son's sake. I guess it's true
though "If you play, you Pay".
