No.

The first sign of pregnancy is a missed period.
Then, a few weeks later, nausea, fatigue, moodiness, hunger, sore breasts, etc.

Cough is a symptom of a cold.

a cough is not really a sign,however a women can experience cold like symptoms in the early stages! if you really think you are pregnant,then wait to see if your period is late,if yes,then test asap! good luck
