Are expensive pregnancy tests better ? Posted: 04-14-08 21:35pm
Hey guys! I mean really...is the more
expensive brand really better than the off
brand? Does the more expensive brand tell
you sooner or detect smaller amounts of
hcg? Do any of you know for sure!?! Thanks
guys:o)
God bless,

i tested with an ept and a walmart brand
test just to see the difference, and there
was none! I got the same result with both
test. And actually, my line on the
walmart brand test was darker!

All pregnancy tests, whether it be dollar
store tests or 20 dollar tests, test the
exact same hormone and are JUST as
reliable. The only difference is the way
that you read the test (digital? plus
sign? lines?), and how much of the
hormone they detect (early response ones
can detect pregnancy early while typical
pregnancy tests detect it at the time of
your missed period).
