I was told i was having twins because of my blood test and i was told baby b heart beet stoped i saw a u?s and i saw a empty sac and a baby in the other can i still have hope or no

So your blood test told you you were having twins but when it came time for the ultrasound, the doctor couldn't see a baby or hear a heartbeat? Please clarify. If this is the case, and there was an empty sac where the baby should have been, then it looks like you're only carrying one.
