I started the pack too soon to end my period faster. And Now I'm spotting. What I was wondering is... Can I become pregnant when spotting?

No, why would spotting indicate you could get pregnant? The spotting is just caused by you starting your pack too soon, nothing more. As long as your taking your pills properly your protected.
