Pregnant or HPV

I recently found out that I have a "high risk" strain of HPV. I have heard that you can still have your period and be pregnant even though I am hoping that is not true. The last time that I had sex was on January 1st and had my period later that month. I am not on birth control but a condom was used, but I found later that he had, had the condoms for a LONG time. In February, I had my period (started on the 17th), but it was light and only lasted a couple of days. It is now March 20th and I have taken leap year into account. I have a 28-29 cycle. I still have not started my period and I am about 4-5 days late without any signs of my period . I am still researching HPV I have minor/low grade dysplasia and I have to have a biopsy on March 29th. Is it possible that my HPV is affecting my period or is it possible to be pregnant. Also...if anyone knows anything about HPV I would appreciate the information. I'm terrified that I have cervical cancer, but my doctor just said that they found abnormal cells on my cervix...not precancerous or cancerous.

PS NEVER EVER EVER EVER have sex without a condom unless you are trying to conceive and you and your partner have been tested. I think that HPV cannot be tested in men...or at least some strains can't so keep that in mind. Protect yourselves! I learned the hard way and I hope that no one else goes through that!
