Almost four years ago I had my tubes done only my doctor thought I was too yooung and had just lost a child so he thought I was making the decision out of grief. Now I am one week and a day late for my period I have put on a little weight and am finding myself very tired lately, is it possible that I am pregnant?

It is very unlikely, though there is a .01 percent chance that you are. Definitely make a doctors visit, hormone imbalance can be a major cause of these symptoms, among other things.
