anywhere... and when can you buy them? before you get prego is a wonderful time to start taking them if thats what u mean & of course, thru all of pregnancy & during whole time u breastfeed.

before i got pregnant i started taking them and i got mine from walmart

when i found out i was pregnant i went out and bought materna and folic acid. it is recommended to take them before getting pregnant, and through out your pregnancy and i think while breast feeding too..i could be wrong.
