I have been experiencing some pressure in my chest mostly after i eat, but not always. Also sometimes I have a little pinging feeling at my left breast. Please tell me what this might be.

hi i o suffer with acid proplems and do get pains in chest really bad 1s it started wen i was pregant and since then ive bin suffering with it and i do get pins n needles in my arm left side dnt knw if this is common
