My username on this profile has been used
for other things online, so I realized
that I don't want my private information
showing up with this username I use so
much.
I changed the email for this account to a
different email and I made a new account.
For my new account, I used the email that
I had used for my first account before I
changed it. I hope that's not confusing.
Anyways, when ever I use my new account,
it shows up on my old msminnamouse
account.
And, I forgot the password for my new
account and I had a new password sent to
my email but I never got the email and so
I can't reset it and sign into that
account.
I never blocked ehealth in my email or
marked it as spam but I haven't been
getting any emails, even though I know
I've had replies. I checked my filters
but, as I suspected, I didn't have ehealth
as blocked.
Any help would be appreciated.

usernames for your original account
(msminnamouse) and we'll make sure that
msminnamouse no longer exists, but that
you can still manage that account.
