Prostate Health

Hi

I am a 51 year old male.

The last few years I have experienced a decrease in sex drive but still okay in that department but have also noticed that i get up once a night to urinate and also that i dribble a bit after urination even after shaking a fair bit.

I had a PSA exam with a normal score of 2.1 and also a rectal exam that revealed a normal prostate.

However i feel that i am urinating more than i used to and the dribble is annoying as is getting up once in the night.

I started taking a prostate formula by Suisse which had a bit of an beneficial effect but the symptoms still persist.

Is there anyway to return to my previous level of function or is is that i am just getting old and have to deal with it?

Beta-Sitosterol might be the answer

You may have seen information on TV regarding the benefits of plant sterols and the prostate; Beta-sitosterol in particular. Saw Palmetto is the key ingredient in many prostate formulas, but their is disagreement as to whether it works as well as advertised. My suggestion is to try Maximum Prostate.
