I get a a pain in deep in my
perineal/rectum area and around the pubic
bone area after masterbating (only
sometimes) and also sometimes after
passing stool or running. Well, it's not
really a pain but It feels like a general
inflamed/swollen feeling in my entire
pelvis area (behind the pubic bone,
perineal and rectum). I also notice
sometimes a wet feeling in the
perineal/anus area as if I am sweating
there more than usual, im guessing from
muscle tension? I don't have ANY urinary
symptoms though...no urgency or burning or
any of that. Just this dull inflamed
feeling, often a pressure like feeling in
the rectum area and a strained feeling in
the pubic bone area only sometimes. I also
have lower back pain that I attributed to
some kind of injury from work/sports (the
lower back pain came on a looong time
before any of the previous symptoms) so im
not sure if the back is the CAUSE, or
possibly an effect of something else or
maybe just unrelated.
What do you think? IS it even possible to
have prostatitis without any urinary
symptoms? Could a lower back issue cause
such problems with nerves and all? My
lower back isn't that bad, it's very stiff
in the morning and gets better throughout
the day but still bothers me at certain
times. It never really inhibits my
activity though. I am 24/m in good health
(work out, eat right ect...)
