Hi everyone, I have been really obsessed
with my weight problem. I am a 33 year old
female and have gained 90lbs which makes
the count to 210. I recently took out some
of my summer clothes and they don%u2019t
fit me anymore!!! This is a real tragedy
for me. How can I not wear the ones I
adore...moreover the new look is getting
me mad (with the comments from my
friends). I know quite a few ways to start
losing weight%u2026%u2026.but I don%u2019t
really feel that, with so many people
failing using these methods that I will
make it through. Does anyone know a proven
way to reduce the weight?
Please help me%u2026..this is killing
me!!!

a proven way to reduce weight: diet and
excercise...pretty much the ONLY way thats
HEALTHY...there is no quick fix it just
takes self dicipline, get up and go to the
gym( early in the day is best since it
increases your metabolism the entire day)
and just eat healthy..it isn't a "diet"
its a habit..its the way you SHOULD eat
ALL the time, people who go on these crazy
temporary diets end up yo yo dieting and
gaining it all back, its not gonna be easy
but the quicker the fix, the quicker its
gained back is what I tell myself, so just
change your habits and the pounds should
come right off! good luck!

I also had to lose 90 lbs! It took me a
half of a year and at the time it seemedd
sooo long, but it really wasn't in the
scheme of things. You CAN turn it around
and it sounds like you are ready to.
Don't try to do it alone. You need a
"belly buster buddy"--- there are alot of
diets out there--choose one that is best
for you.
