Your first step is to take a pregnancy test. It is the only way to know if you are pregnant or not.

As far as your back hurting... it is way too early for any kind of pregnancy symptoms like that.

Lower backaches can be a symptom in early pregnancy and continue dull like throughout in some individuals. Get a home pregnancy test.

Read the directions to make sure that the test is accurate that soon. Some work earlier than others. You don't want a false-negative.

The duration menstrual cycle may vary in women timt to time.So do not anticipate pregnancy just coz u dint get ur periods..its just 9th.Sometimes periods get delayed by even weeks. And as u said u are rying since 4 months...if u get ur period u may feel disappointed.so before anything just do the preganancy test.

About bachache & cramps
Sometimes its an indication u r going to have ur periods. To prevent backache
1.Always support your back well no matter whre u sit.
2.Avoide using chairs or couches that are too big for ur size, for they do not support ur back.
3.Massaging/Hot water treating help a lot
4.Lower backache- Always sleep straiht on ur back with a pillow UNDER ur knees. This really gives comfort.

I had alot of cramping to so it's possible your pregnant and just because you've been trying for 4months any nothing happened doesn't mean it wont happen they told me I had a very low likely chance of having kids after my eptoic pregancy and he's 26 with no kids and now look I'm pregnant.
