2 Questions On Throat And Head...pls Answer!

Ok, two things I want to ask...First let me say that I have anxiety disorder and panic...So maybe that can help!
First thing, I get this quick like attack or breath of air that kind of jumps into my throat and burns a bit, I cant explain just where the two bones by your throat/chest are..If anyone understands that. Just right there, it burns or I dont know how to explain it quickly feels like something is there. Then I get scared etc...Anyway then I feel this tickling like pins and needles in the throat for a bit. What could that be? Heart burn? I do also get chest pain/discomfort but it comes at different times.
2nd thing, completely different on my head if you put 3 fingers behind your right ear...Massage there, when I massage there something keeps cracking its kind of round. Is that a muscle or what? At first I thought it was a muscle cos ive noticed it since august but it keeps cracking..Or making those kinds of noises when I massage it! Any ideas? Thank you pls answer!!!
