I am 14 years old and I have about 15 raised red bumps around my collar bone and arms, and I have 2 of those same bumps on my left leg. Im wondering what these are because they dont itch, and they dont hurt. They look like pimples without the yellow head that you pop. Please help me as I am worried it is serious.
