My youngest grandson, who lives with my husband and i, has a rare skin desease inherited from his mothers side of the family. She has it, her mother had it and so on. I am unable to find anything about it on the net. Can anyone give me a site to look it up or find information on it? I am told by his mother that there is no cure for it and nothing can be done to help it. I may be spelling it wrong, but as best as I know, it is called epidermalisis, or eb simplex. It causes horrible blisters on his feet that are terribly painful. He walks funny trying to avoid putting weight on the worst blisters, can't run and play like other kids and pretty much stays off his feet as much as he can. Any information would be appreciated.
