She has a low grade temperature and red cheeks that are hot and itchy. Was cranky the last 2 day. Cheeks also have a heat rash looking rash.

She might just have the flu. Is she coughing or have a runny nose? Be attentive to where she says it hurts. How old is your daughter? Many fevers are accompanied by an infection, so watch for signs. If her temperature skyrockets or she becomes unresponsive, take her to the ER.

Message me if you need any more help.

Both of my children had fifth's disease as well. Really red cheeks and a low grade fever. Children's Tylenol and a couple of days they were back to normal. They call it fifth's disease because it is the fifth in line behind, chicken pox, mumps, measles, etc.
