I was in the sun the other day and did not get a burn but a tan, I usually do not burn because I am dark complected, anyway a rash appeared a few days later almost like hundreds of tiny blisters, they itch like crazy and are very ugly. The rash only appears on my forearms on the front side and this has been happening for a couple years or so everytime I get in the sun but I am stubborn and never went to the doctor. Now I will use sunscreen so I do not get any color at all, but this time I did not. Any one else have this happen before any idea what it is? Please help jeannie
