I have a rash like red area on the head of my penis that does not hurt or itch or seem to be raised or sunk in. It has been in a different area and then has gone away. It is shiny if light hits it in the right direction and fades away for a while than for no reason will look a little more red for a while. I was wondering what i should do to treat it. Thanks
