Rash Under Skin In Upper Leg/thigh Region Posted: 08-28-06 10:29am
Hi. For the past two weeks, I have
noticed a leopard-spot type redness under
my skin that looks like the blood flowing
in my veins in both of my lower
extremities above the knee to my thigh.
It does not look like varicose or spider
veins. I have poor circulation in all of
my extremities and my hands and feet stay
cold pretty much all year long. I tend
to have lower-than-normal blood pressure.
Any ideas as to what could be causing
this, and is there a need to see a
specialist, and if so, what type?
