erect? It sounds to me like you have
phimosis. Nothing a trip to the doctor
won't fix.
Additionally, though, NEVER judge yourself
based on porn movies. They're mostly fake
and misleading. If you're not in any pain
or discomfort, you're probably fine!

You should try to gently pull it back when
you have an errection, it should get loser
with time and a little gentil persuasion,
if it is rally aproblem for you, go the
the doctor he might give you some cream to
help.
