I don't drink, smoke, or take any drugs.
However, I used to drink a lot of coffee,
1 full teaspoon with upto 3 teaspoons of
sugar. I drink like that 2~ 3 times a
day. I used to do this for 6~ 8 years.
I don't do much exercise either. I felt
my chest felt worse when I drink coffee
these days so I stopped it completely a 3
weeks ago, not even one single cup of
coffee. The pain seemed to some-what
lessened but the sore pain is still there.
Also, I used to sleep with my blanket
covered my face entirely. That's how I
used to sleep for years. But I have
stopped that too about 3 weeks ago. I
am concerned now. Any suggestions or what
maybe wrong with me?

Chest pain could originate from the
nerves, ribs, muscles, heart or lungs. It
is very hard to diagnose your problem
without certain medical examinations. You
need several medical tests (ECG, chest and
spinal X-ray, standard blood tests…) to
reveal the origin of the chest pain.
You may want to consult your family doctor
first.
