I have a red big bump on my chest and i went to the doctors, they said "maybe you had a scratch before and that's how you scar" they said its genetic to scar like that but neither my mom or dad or there relatives have it. Hi, I agree, it is not a sacr. This looks like a lipoma or a myoma. Lipoma is collection of fat ad myoma is a lunmp in the muscle tissue. Both these conditions are harmless. But rarely, they can be conveted to cancerous lesons. I would say, you need a second opinion and investigations like a CT scan to see the extension of the lesion. [link removed]
