I recently noticed on my penis a red bump that is soft and is a bit tender, the skin on it is chafing. When erect the bump hardens a bit and when squished a white pus comes out. I am a virgin who has not partaken in any sexual activity. Can anyone please helpe me figure out what it might be? Thank you very much
