20 Male Hi, I get these red bumps around my stomach, waistline and sometimes my around my upper part of my legs. I these same bumps appeared near my groin area where my puvic hair is, they left a little bald spot where the hair grows their. These red bumps sometimes hurt when you touch them they round and swell up sometimes they dont their just there. I do have back acne. Can these be cysts or something sometimes puss comes out of them?
