I have red spots on my hands...looks like i got a shot they are small and when i pull my skin most of the red disappears but in the center there is a small red dot. what is this?

Are they located on the back of your hands? Do they look raised or flat? Do you have painful edema on your hands, too? Have you been on some treatment with drugs recently?
