For many years now since after puberty i've had these strange reddish blotches pretty much covering my groin area and inner thighs immediatly adjacent. They haven't caused me much discomfort, save for the occasional itch or extra sensitivity to friction. Lately they seem to be fading but i'm not sure. I have not been sexually active. Any ideas?
