Responsibility of reporting infectious disease ? Posted: 07-24-08 17:58pm


Hi my name is Deanna, I am doing a paper for my Medical Law and Bioethics class and one of the question I need to answer is 'Who is responsible for reporting possible threat and to what agency?'. I have done several searches and still have come up empty. Also 'What are possible outcomes or penalties for failing to report?' If I could get the answers to these question, OMG! Thank You!!!
