Anybody?

I've read so much but in the end its a whole lot of nothing.

When I do it I feel like I am holding my breath (and I can barely breathe) and I dont think I am doing it right.

Where do you feel it when you do it? Besides the butt (which feels like your pooing). Anything in the abs, tailbone, etc?

Please guys, some guidance.

And to those who have seen success: How often do you perform this during the day, how often to you practice with it (masturbation), and so on. Describe your technique and routine.

start by having a piss and stopping mid flow. this will identify the muscles you should control in the excercise.

* Quick pumps - do 15 reps of quick pumps, pause for 30 seconds and repeat. Start at 15 and work your way up to 100 reps two times a day.
* Hold and release - contract the muscle slowly and hold or 5 seconds, release slowly. Work your way to at least 25 reps two times a day.
* Elevator - slowly contract 1/3 of the way, pause, then 2/3 of the way, pause, then all the way. Do 10 reps two times a day.

good luck

Sunfan,

I just keep very gentle outward pressure - the opposite of a kegel, but not straining - all day. That way you can feel when involuntary clenches happen and can start trying to stop them. It is more like relaxing your PC muscle than forcing anything, but pushing out gently lets you know where you are, muscle-wise. I also found that I was holding my stomach in, and letting it relax forward is part of the same feeling of relaxing my PC muscle.

Does that explain it?

I feel I am getting short of breath when I try pushing out, or holding my breath. Even when just gently pushing.
