SAFE to start vitamins all at once ? Posted: 04-06-08 15:27pm
I went to GNC to purchase vitamins. Up
until now I've only take 1 centrum daily.
I heard the GNC Women's vitamins were
better than Centrum.
The clerk at the store talked me into
purchasing The WOMEN'S ULTRA MEGA
WELLNESS PROGRAM
it offers: mulitvitamin support, bone
health, balanced mood support, heart and
cholesterol health, and digestive
support.
You get a 30 day supply. Each day is
individually wrapped and it contains 6
different tablets.
I'm a little nervous about the balanced
mood supporter:
it contains passion flower, berry blend,
rhodiola rose root
sunthenin -l-Theanine
The saleswomen said they can't keep these
on the shelf, EVERYONE takes them and
LOVES them.
Im a bit afraid to start all this at
once?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Just start out slow. Maybe try taking 1/2
dosage at first and then increase to the
full dosage. Some people do experience
some very minor side effects like an upset
stomach, but most do not have any
problems. I've never taken GNC but based
upon the information I have, they are
better than Centrum. My wife and I sell
pharmaceutical grade supplements which are
even better than GNC according to
research. Also, make every attempt to
take the supplements with food. That will
help the absorption and reduce the change
for side effects.
