So it turns out I have terrible bloating he told me to avoid salty foods and such for a while. So when it came time to hear the heartbeat we had trouble, though we heard quite a few kicks, he said the baby is very active, so anyways he ended up sending me down to get a ultrasound. and i found out I'm only 11 weeks and a day. So my due date was moved to Dec.9.
Well here's my little bean!

Yeah, for brief seconds on the doppler because he kept moving and then I got to see it. His heartrate was 171. I thought it sounded kinda high, but they said it was just because he was so active

lol. Wow that would be crazy...exactly 2 mths. Ive heard women with their first pregnancy tend to go over their due date...im not sure if thats true or not, thats what ive heard. My mom said she went 2 wks early with me and a week late with my sister. I was the first born. I look at my u/s pics all the time! (even though i know my baby has doubled in size since then). Its sooo hard not to lol.

the baby's heart rate goes up in the beginning of pregnancy, it gradually goes down as you get farther along with your pregnancy.
there's a 4% chance of delivering on your due date when its your first pregnancy.

LOL, Trijos what I meant was, I'm due Dec.9, my birthday is Feb.3, Its a couple months after.
-Tanya- lol I'd love a little boy, but I'd be just as happy with a little girl. I just have a feeling its a boy.
Krystine- Yeah I was wondering about that. They didn't seem bothered by how fast it is, and usually when people talk abut their baby's heartbeat who are further along, its a lot slower. Thing is babies in my family are never on time, and a lot of times are late. I was my mom's first and I was 10 days late and huge. I don't know if I'll be able to carry the baby past my due date, but my goal is to get as close as possible. Smile
