Ok so I'm an uncircumcised 14 year old
male. Recently, my penis head has become
scaly and wrinkled. The scalyness/
wrinkledness is more visible when my penis
is erect. The scales/ wrinkles get larger
and larger as it goes from near the hole
of the penis to the outside... And the
areas that are affected look a little more
brown/ tan(a really small difference but
if you examine it on high powered light
you can see it) . It isn't irritating or
red. It all started on last saturday when
I was helping clean out our town's musem.
It was really dirty in there and I helped
take random crap out of there for like 2-3
hours. Then I helped pick up the branches
of a tree that was cut off. After it
started raining and I went home after it
started pouring out. Anyways when I went
to the home and took a shower, I washed my
hands with soap then I washed myself for a
bit and then I started masturbating
because I met a hot chick there but she
didn't show any signs of interest. When I
started, I noticed that there were some
kind of small scaly spots on my penis, but
I thought it would go away but it didn't.
Since then the scales have spread to
almost everywhere on the penis head. I'm
thinking its a bacterial/ fungus infection
because it was really dirty in the place I
went to. I don't really want to go to a
doctor because #1 my doctor is a 50 minute
drive #2 I would have to show my
parents... #3 if the doctor asks me if I
masturbate I'm not sure how to respond....
I know my parents would be in the room if
I go to the doctor, so they will hear that
I masturbate and that would be really
embarrassing (My parents, mom
specifically, thinks that if you look at
porn/ masturbate then you'll become a
rapist/ sex offender). Anyways is there
anything I should check for to test what
it is. I've never been touched by a girl
so I'm pretty sure its not an STD. Note: I
tried putting on Jergen Cucumber lotion
and vaseline, but neither helped or
decreased wrinkles.

It sounds to me like a case of dry skin.
Keep applying a moisturizer.
Also: your parents do NOT have to be in
the room when you get examined by a
doctor. Secondly, if you tell your doctor
you masturbate, he won't tell your
parents. Thirdly, just tell your parents
you have this problem and you want to see
a doctor about it. You're old enough to
know when something's not right with your
body... old enough, in fact, to have
enough privacy from your parents. If you
still feel uncomfortable, talk to your dad
about it... it'll probably be easier!
