Hello, i've had this since I can remember, but the head of my penis is very sensitive, I cannot masturbate with the foreskin down, only up, and I am sure this isn't normal.. Is there a way I can lower the sensitivity? Please reply. Thanks.

It's completly normal! Just relax and enjoy it,when your in your 80's you will still be able to enjoy sex! I wish I had that problem lol!

Okay thanks, but isn't masturbating with your foreskin up strange? Lubrication (stuff like that) doesn't help the problem, in fact makes it worse.
