several vitamins at once ?

I currently take a 1000 mg fish body oil pill, 500mg of calcium, and a "basic antioxidant" from GNC all at once. Is this safe and effective or should I be dividing them up with different meals.
I usually alternate days, on the days I don't take the basic antioxidant I take a hair skin and nails multi vitamin. But I still take this at the same time as the others.
Any feedback would be awesome! Thanks!

I don't see any interactions in the above mentioned items. It may depend on the time you take those supplements as to efficiency and bioavailability in absorbing them, which might cause complications. For example, taking calcium may reduce the efficiency of your iron absorption, if you eat a meal when taking the calcium.

However, it would be best to talk to a nutrition/dietitian or your physician if you are especially worried. They would be best suited towards managing a diet plan for optimal effectiveness.

No problems with taking them in one shot, we take about 10 supplements every morning and have never had an issue.
