I am only 19 but i feel like im over 50, I
have constant joint pain and I am
wondering if I can take medicine meant for
older people to help return joint fluid
and strength...

Which joints are felt painful?
Do you have chronic pain and stiffness in
the lower part of the spine?
Was the onset of pain and stiffness
gradual and progressively getting worse
over months?
Do you feel the same symptoms in the area
of other joints like hips, knees, and
ankles?

Well when it comes to my spine it feels
more like muscle stiffness, that sort of
sore muscle pain, upper and lower back,
but when it comes to my joints it is all
over, my knees, hips, elbows, shoulders,
neck and the joints in my upper back, and
ankles...I don't know how to make it
better..

you need to see dr, they can rule out
where its coming from and what causing it.
I have arthritis on my back, so i suffered
from stiffness every morning, can't sit
for too long or stand. i have good days
and bad and i take a lot of supplements
and pains meds. I eat organic food and
stay away from red meat. Basically just
eating healthy and staying active is the
key to keep our body strong. good luck.

When are these symptoms mostly prominent?
Do they interfere with your daily
activities?
