I am having severe pain in my lower abdomen. Left and Right. Below my belly button. It feels like muscle contractions because it comes and goes. I don't know if this is at all helpful, but the last time I had sex without protection was like over a month ago and I have gotten somewhat of a period since then. My period was shorter than usual and it did start and stop a little. I didn't really know where to post this for help. So if you have any suggestions, feel free. I haven't taken a hpt...do you see the need?

Could this just be menstrual cramps? When is your period due? It could also just be gas or something. How long have you been having these pains?

i have been having these pains for the past week and a half or so... and my period isn't due for another week and a half... excuse my freshness, but i have taken gasx and it helps none... so i don't really know what is going on... any other suggestions...?
